NPS, CES or CSat surveys via links in email (without external survey services)

Post by Reddi2 »

Let's look at the process of creating a simple survey using the built-in RuSender block constructor as an example.

To do this, you need to create all the accompanying content of the letter: subject, text, pictures, etc. Naturally, special attention should be paid to the design - the letter should look organic, arouse interest and encourage reading. "Bare" dry text certainly does not contribute to increasing open rates ( how to increase open rates ).

If you want your customer to rate you or take a survey, you need to design your email so that the voting buttons are the main element of the layout.

You can place a link inside a letter using:

text (headings),
images,
buttons.
Any of these elements can be designed to attract the user's attention and make it clear that a certain action will occur when pressed/clicked.

Example of CSat survey
We create a letter in which we ask a question:

How do you like our newsletters?

Answer options:

Not really... (can be replaced with a picture of a thumbs down or an angry smiley)
Super! (can be replaced with an image of a thumbs up or a smiling smiley)
A survey can be added to each email to collect feedback and calculate a mailing quality index for the entire email campaign.

This is what this block might look like:

Example of CSat survey
Creating landing pages (thank you pages)
Now you need to create a separate page on your corporate saudi-arabia phone number data website, where the only content will be a thank you for completing the survey.

For example:

URL pages – your-site.ru/thanks.html

Page contents:

Thank you for your time!

Instead of a full-fledged website, you can use landing page constructors , simple HTML hosting, etc. The domain can be free (technical). The main task is to simply create a page.

More difficult level:

Create two separate pages - one thanking for the feedback, and the other regretting that the newsletters were not received and that you will do everything to improve.
Add metrics/analytics codes to pages to track visitor data and keep statistics on conversions.
