Google includes related searches at the bottom of search results. If we search for "sunglasses for driving," related searches look like this:

Related searches are clickable, meaning that if you click on one of the related searches, you can scroll to the bottom to see a list of new related searches.

So, if we click on "polarized sunglasses russia phone number example for driving" (from the example above), we'll get a new list of related searches:

Repeat this process to get new relevant keywords.
