Apple makes a bit of a poor use of the tiny call-to-action button in the top left corner. While it’s easy to see and fits the brand’s look, its small size can cause readers to miss it or, worse, struggle to click on it, leading to frustration and abandonment. Interestingly, Apple is also the only company on our list that sends out product launch emails that doesn’t share its posts on social media. Although, to be fair, Apple’s marketers could probably send a blank email with a call-to-action button that says, “Send money here.” And people would still take that action.

The email announcing the launch of its collagen powder includes emojis, a hashtag, and female phone number data messages. The brand’s signature pastel color palette and sleek design also nod to the brand’s femininity and aligns with its look on other channels.
Some might argue that the design looks a bit “businessy,” especially when contrasted with Apple’s minimalist, chic style. However, the images do a great job of highlighting the product’s benefits and providing information about them. The email also features two call-to-action buttons with different wording on each (perhaps the company is following the same email guidelines as Casper). This can make the messaging a bit confusing and confuse customers eager to try the new product.
