Inbound Marketing lessons for any company

Post by Fgjklf »

It's no secret that Netflix has entered Brazilian homes to stay, right? Today, it is the media company with the highest market value, surpassing Disney in this competition.

The Spanish production La Casa de Papel is one of the most successful here. It is the most watched non-English language series in the history of the streaming platform.

And it's no wonder that so many people like the series, school principals email list just like me. The plot is full of twists and turns and tells the story of a group of people who come together with a very well-planned plan to rob the Spanish Mint.

It seems like a bit of a risky idea, doesn't it? But I assure you that the plan is so well thought out that it yielded some great insights into Inbound Marketing .

Want to follow the lessons I learned from the series? Keep reading!

But don't worry. If you're like me and decided to wait and haven't finished watching the series yet, I won't give any spoilers about the second season!

Planning and strategy
The brains behind the entire operation are Professor, an intelligent and mysterious character who, inspired by his father's dream of carrying out a major robbery, spent years planning the feat. Together with his team, it took him more than 5 months to devise the entire strategy.

Of course, in the day-to-day running of a company, it is impossible to spend so much time planning your marketing strategy , but the Professor's difference was precisely in thinking about all the variables that could hinder the robbery.

And he does a great job of thinking about the details! When we put together a marketing strategy, we need to think about all the factors that could somehow interfere with the results we want to achieve. For example, what are the right metrics , what is the profile of our persona and what is the best channel .

Team management
To pull off a major heist, you need a team of the best professionals in the market. In this case, all the members played a key role in the plan. Like Nairobi, my favorite character, who is an expert in counterfeiting and closely monitored the printing of the notes. Or Rio, who is a hacker and knows everything about technology and systems and was instrumental in breaking into the Mint.

Even with internal conflicts, the Professor manages to keep the plan on track because from the beginning everyone was aligned with a common goal: to leave there with 2.4 billion euros printed.

Having an aligned team focused on results is essential for any company! Professionals who are experts in their fields will know how to solve problems and challenges with greater skill and agility.
