Every year, we hear about great companies that go the extra mile to make the “Great Place To Work” list . They earn praise and recognition for treating their employees well and investing in their company culture.

How come there are no instructions for improving office culture?

It’s easy to get caught up in all those “best places to work” lists. All of these companies seem to be the best of the best in their industry and do their best to keep their employees happy.

So what exactly happens during HR meetings at those companies where they allow you to create unique concepts to appear on those lists?

It's very simple, they evaluate their company's corporate culture , find what might work for them and learn from their employees in order to create new concepts.

Let's define what it takes to create a great company culture in any office, and look at what HR can do to make their workplaces the best in their industry.

These companies appear on many “very bad places to work” lists. What is alarming is that some places that are not good places to work can still be profitable.

However, they have low employee satisfaction and poor employee messaging.

We are not here to point fingers, but we believe that these companies are the ones that believe in profitability before people.

Greed is the greatest killer of culture, and businesses that exploit their employees without providing a decent atmosphere are not built to be sustainable in today's society.
