Talent Days: How did you go
Agnieszka: Very good, from day one. My team has been very supportive. I have specialists around me, whom I can contact with any question or problem. I managed to achieve my previously set goal, i.e. to get a job where the atmosphere is great and relaxed. I can count not only on my direct superior, but also on other managers in our department. This makes it a lot easier.
Talent Days: I'll come back to fantuan data
your experiences from participating in Talent Days. Did you take part in any workshops or other additional activities or did you come to the fair solely to apply to BNY Mellon?
Agnieszka: Not in workshops, but I took part in short 1:1 conversations with employers as part of the Talent Match project. It allowed me to see what the recruitment process looks like in large foreign corporations. I remember that I liked the BNY Mellon platform for submitting applications. It was new to me, because I had previously only applied to smaller, Polish companies, where the process looked different.
Talent Days: What are your next career goals? I'm asking about both short-term and long-term goals. Do you have any specific plans for your career path?
Agnieszka: I hope that in a shorter rather than longer time I will be able to deepen the knowledge that I already have and that I gained thanks to a year of work at BNY Mellon. I think that the next level, a senior position, is more and more within my reach. I hope to be associated with the company for a longer time and maybe develop in some other areas of investment banking. The sky is the limit!
