When the main objective is the number of openings , the quality of the affiliates takes a back seat . There is a risk of including unmotivated or inadequate affiliates, who end up damaging the brand image and hindering the future development of the network. These “unwanted children” can become a burden, rather than an opportunity.

Conflict of interest of consultants
Consultants who manage multiple brands at once tend to rich people data favor projects that are easier to “sell,” neglecting those that require greater strategic commitment but have long-term potential. In this way, the consultant works based on his own convenience, not in the interest of the brand.

Loss of control and customization
Relying entirely on an external consultant means losing control over strategic choices and brand communication. The consultant often works with standardized approaches, without adapting them to the specific needs of the project. This generates superficial and short-lived results.
