On December 19, Shoucheng Holdings, together with CBRE and China United Asset Management, released the "Data Center Industry Investment and Value Insight" report, focusing on the current situation and reasons of the domestic data center industry, the development characteristics of the overseas data center industry and the performance of IDC REITs, as well as the valuation characteristics of data center assets.

The report discusses data center asset composition, valuation methods, factors affecting capitalization rates, and other dimensions.
