Think of your Chatbot as an App, which users want to know from start to finish. During the interaction they should be able to select several options simply out of curiosity. The worst thing you can do is not give your customers a way to undo things, which will lead to them regretting interacting with your Bot and not wanting to use it again.

With the Nom-Nom Bot project, I made it clear to the user from the start that any actions the Bot ig data performs can be easily undone, without any repercussions.

You might think that because it's digital you have all the space in the world, but in reality it's very annoying to have to keep scrolling up and down just to see your last interaction. Always keep the information the user is looking for easy to find.

5.-Have the most common answers ready:
The fewer steps the user has to take to find information, the faster and smoother the interaction will flow.

This step is simply filling out the form with the questions and answers that you should have already thought about in advance.
