Which prizes to choose?
This is a very common question. Stop for a moment and think about your customers. What do they appreciate most? A discount on the price of treatments, a free treatment, or a free product? An example: establishing that €1 spent is equivalent to one point on the card, here is how you could structure the “ladder” of prizes:

✅ 100 points: free nail polish
✅ 200: free manicure
✅ 500 points: manicure + semi-permanent
✅ 1000 points: free 45-minute massage

Upon reaching 100 points, the customer can choose whether to collect the prize, or continue to accumulate points to get the next prize.
