Open Windows Explorer and navigate to the Steam folder.


In the Steam folder, appcacheright-click the folder and select Delete.


Restart your computer after deleting appcachethe folder and try running Steam.
Alternatively:

Type steam:flushconfigand press Enter.
Confirm the action when prompted.
Restart your computer and try running Steam.
Fix 4: Reinstall Windows Updates.
Sometimes when Windows updates are not installed correctly, they can cause problems such as not being able to launch Steam. To reinstall Windows updates,

Open the Settings app and click Windows latvia telegram data Update in the lower left corner.


On the Windows Update page, click Update history.


Here you will see all the recently installed updates on your system. Scroll down to the Related settings section and click Recovery.


On the recovery page, you will see an option to "Fix problems with Windows Update." Click the "Reinstall now" button.


You will receive a pop-up window informing you that Windows will attempt to repair your system components and files. The process will also involve reinstalling updates that were not installed correctly. Click OK to continue.


This process will take some time, and it is best to restart your computer once it is complete before trying to open Steam again.
