Sometimes the customer's requirements go beyond the basic capabilities of B24. In this case, it has to be modified. In particular, on Bitrix24 you can:

Bitrix functionality is regularly updated, new modules appear. But it happens that the need is so unique, it is easier to write from scratch. We had a request from an engineering group that needed to improve the module for accounting of employees' working hours. After collecting the requirements, we wrote a new module in the form in which the customer wanted to see it.
