Contents (if you only want to go to a specific section):

3 principles (which are about using as many sheets as possible about people)
An initial conclusion

How to add tasks to the list
Dividing tasks into multiple time intervals
Working with the taiwan number data view tab (Planner and Stakeholder versions)
How to make Gantt charts work (and add categories) How to create Gantt charts How
to make them work.
Stakeholder view
How to update the God-I version.

Rules (which are as much about people as the sheets they use)
Principle 1: We shouldn't need to store all our information in our heads.
It’s a simple thing — if we have to understand something complex on a regular basis, especially if it changes over time, that information needs to be on the page. For example, if I’m trying to plan a marketing strategy and I have to constantly look at the information on the screen and then convert it in my head to figure out what time we have from month to month, I’m going to lose track and, ultimately, my mind.
