Investment company Kismet Capital Group announces an agreement to acquire 100% of the largest online classifieds platform Avito from the South African holding Naspers. The deal will be worth about 151 billion rubles. Financing of the deal and settlements under it are organized by a consortium of banks led by Rosselkhozbank. Kismet Capital Group has received the relevant permits from the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) and the Government Commission for Control over Foreign Investments in the Russian Federation.
