The stable operation of the camera is ensured by reliable protection

The holding company "Roselectronics" of the state corporation "Rostec" supplied digital heat-resistant video surveillance systems for the Krasnoyarsk TPP-1, one of the largest thermal power plants in Siberia. Such equipment is installed in chamber furnaces of steam boilers, where flare combustion of fuel occurs at a temperature of 1400-1600 °C. The digital video camera withstands extreme thermal loads and conducts continuous monitoring in real time.

which includes a dual-circuit dubai cell phone number list casing with water cooling. To prevent dust and flames from getting on the optics, the space in front of the protective glass of the lens is blown with compressed air. In the event of an emergency, such as a water, air or power failure, a light and sound alarm is activated, and the camera is automatically removed from the high-temperature zone.

"Power supply facilities are critical infrastructure, where constant monitoring of all technological processes is required, including those occurring at high temperatures. Special equipment from Rostec is capable of functioning in the very "heart" of a thermal power plant, the chamber furnace of a steam boiler, where the temperature can reach 1600 °C. The use of conventional monitoring equipment is impossible here, but monitoring must be carried out. Untimely detection of a flare malfunction can lead to an emergency and loss of efficiency of the entire thermal power plant," said Oleg Yevtushenko, Executive Director of the Rostec State Corporation.

The surveillance system developed by NIIPT Rastr (part of Ruselectronics) transmits a video signal to the operator console and archives the image. Using special software, the operator can set the camera settings: adjust exposure, white balance, and also perform scaling and deep contrasting.

"We offer enterprises in the metallurgical, glass, fuel and energy industries modern digital systems for remote monitoring of complex technological processes at production facilities. The equipment is manufactured in accordance with international industrial safety standards and is designed for extreme operating conditions," said Olga Krotova, executive director of NIIPT Rastr.

As part of Rostec, NIIPT Rastr develops and manufactures television equipment for industrial facilities. The institute's products are used by enterprises in the metallurgical, oil and gas refining, chemical, nuclear, forestry, and glass industries, merchant and fishing fleets, and government agencies in our country and abroad.
