The energy service contract with Rostelecom is valid for seven years - during this period, the municipality will recoup investments from the funds saved on electricity bills. After its completion, the Rostov-on-Don budget will be able to save over 150 million rubles annually thanks to smart lighting. Upon completion of installation, Rostelecom transferred the equipment to the city's balance sheet and will provide warranty service for the entire period of the contract.
