Greeting
Whenever someone contacts your business for the first time, this is the automatic messaging format that you will use and we explained how to activate it previously.

In many cases it is something like: Hello! Welcome to Digisac, how can we help you?

This way, even if your support team is busy or on their lunch break, you’ll be encouraging the person to continue the conversation.

Absence
If you offer support from 9am to 6pm, you can use this format to let your customers know that you will not be online for a certain period and that a representative will contact them as soon as possible.

Activation will be carried out in the same way as before, click on the three dots on the right side, go to commercial tools, absence message, edit and save.

However, it will only be sent if you choose the “scheduled time” option, so if someone contacts you after that time, the message will be sent.
