More than 40% of Russians buy online. And local honduras phone numbers stores compete not only with offline stores, but also with each other: a buyer can end up at someone else's storefront in a couple of clicks. Our research* showed how and why online stores are losing customers.

* — the study was conducted by the UIS and CoMagic group of companies in 2015 with the participation of InSales. It covered all the main communication channels (phone, online chat, shopping cart) of 1070 Russian online stores from 15 industries.

Every fifth person is silent
The results are frankly surprising. We couldn't get through to 20% of online stores. At all. That is, every fifth company doesn't need orders by phone. Apparently, they are doing well without it.

Automotive stores are the most willing to answer questions over the phone. 85% of companies in this industry are happy to receive calls. No wonder, car sales in 2015 fell by 36% compared to 2014.
