What are the DAS taxes?
The MEI DAS involves the collection of three main taxes:

The amount of DAS MEI depends on the entrepreneurial activity. In general, the maximum amount charged is R$76.60.
How to issue DAS MEI?
The issuance of the DAS MEI for your restaurant can be done in different ways, depending on your needs and preferences. See:

MEI can issue the DAS through the Entrepreneur Portal. See how to do it:
Access the Entrepreneur Portal website ( click here );
Click on “monthly contribution payment and installments”;
Then click on “payment slip”;
You will be redirected to the Federal Revenue page, where you must enter your CNPJ;
Then, click on “issue DAS MEI ticket” and click on “next”;
The system will display all pending bills and you only need to select the DAS for the corresponding month.
Through the MEI application
The Federal Government provides an exclusive application for Individual Microentrepreneurs, through which it is possible to issue the DAS monthly.
So, it's quite simple to use:
Just download the app on your smartphone, available for Android and iOS;
After downloading the app, simply log in to the application, providing your CNPJ and password;
Then, within the MEI area, just go to “services”;
Go to “payment and monthly contribution” and “DAS MEI”;
Choose the month for the bill and issue it.
