The CRM Observatory , the study that tracks the diffusion and maturity of CRM within companies, is now in its sixth edition . This year, the Observatory is once again produced by C-Direct in collaboration with Engineering 's CRM & CX Consulting teams and under the patronage of CMI Customer Management Insights.
This year in particular, with the sharp increase in e-commerce shop usage due to anti-Covid measures and the surge in online purchases by users, the observatory will explore the topic and world of e-commerce and how it can be integrated into CRM systems, given that it is becoming a major sales channel.
