Luis's friends in their van make a move

Post by roseline371274 »

I insist: 130 million. You can tell me whatever you want, like "  Yessss, but hey, it's not the heart of the film that... " Seriously, at that budget, doesn't it shock you that no one paid a guy at least 500 dollars to proofread the dialogue? Or that all the characters look like they came straight out of a trepanation party? I'm not asking much of them, am I! Just to stop being so stupid and incoherent. Rah!

Our heroes, for their part, deduce from all this that the mission is going to be more complicated than expected. It's true, right! We'd have to cut through some mesh to get through! There's no solution to that! No, so let's explain that we need reinforcements. Namely... Luis and his two buddies! Luis to infiltrate Cross's building and play with a valve so that Ant-Man (they're informed) can enter through a water inlet without getting crushed, a hacker to deactivate the security around the Yellow Jacket, and a driver to pull all fax lists these little business people out once the matter is over (at least, those who can't shrink at will).

So the mission begins on the evening of the Yellow Jacket sale because... because before it wasn't possible, so everything happens at the same time by happy coincidence. There you go.

Let's keep it simple: with the help of his ant friends, Ant-Man easily manages to infiltrate the Cross Industries building via the water pipe, all assisted by Luis, who acts from the inside disguised as a security guard. The first real problem arises when the thieves in the van see... two police officers, including Scott's wife's new boyfriend, who burst in running to catch Hank Pym as he is heading to the party.

"Don't move, bloody motherfucker, you're under arrest!
" "But... but why?
" "You said you were a lawyer at the police station! And as luck would have it, right after, Scott Lang escapes!
" "You seriously didn't recognize me? Knowing that I was the owner of the house he had just burglarized?
" "No, shut up, we told you or we'll tase you!
" "But otherwise, why arrest me tonight except to add some cheap suspense? Couldn't you have arrested me before?
" "We didn't know where you were! So we were expecting you here!
" "Well, I was at home. The burglarized house, you know, all that. I didn't move. All you had to do was come to my address.
" "TASK HIM, GUY!"

But before the police officers can have fun with Pym, one of them steals the police car, creating a diversion, before returning to the van. Or since they're there for the "lolilol humor" dose, of course, he accidentally honks the horn, starts the Cucaracha, attracts the police's attention, and narrowly escapes getting arrested. Great.
