That's a basic feature of a CRM. If you hear or see somewhere that a CRM doesn't have that feature, run away fast!

But you must be wondering why storing data is so important for your business, right? The answer is very simple: because your company can make strategic decisions and grow in the market using CRM.

With the data stored and analyzed, a company can, for example, perceive the flaws in its purchasing botim dataprocess, how the consumer is reacting to a service, what difficulties its sales team is having, among other information. And if you can measure data, you can make more informed decisions with a high probability of success.

In addition to helping with business management, the manager can verify the performance of each salesperson: how much they sell, whether they are performing all their tasks, and how their interaction with the consumer is going.
