The city on the Rhone has everything

Post by asimd23 »

This is a hard blow for Basel, but the city will cope with it. It has strong companies with many business travelers and the often astonishing city still has a lot of potential in tourism. It would be nice if Basel took this as an opportunity to put aside its reluctance to change and focus on its strengths. It is important to get closer to its guests and simply create conditions that increase the city's attractiveness.

Geneva, on the other hand, can only win. that iran rcs data Basel does not have: cosmopolitanism, first-class hotels, an international airport and it is located right in the heart of the Swiss luxury industry. Plus, there are many locations for events, the lake and short distances. Thanks to Watches & Wonders (formerly SIHH), Geneva has already built up a tradition as a trade fair location for the luxury industry. The real threat, however, does not lie in the Swiss cantonal spirit, but in Asia. That is where the markets, the power and the money are. I can also imagine that manufacturers are just learning that they should perhaps take their relationships with retailers and end customers into their own hands and rely more on digital media when it comes to introducing new products, as Breitling does, for example. Hardly a month goes by there without the CEO personally presenting a new model.
