Is there a need for a book on Facebook advertising? This thought has been on my mind for a long time. I wasn't sure what the answer would be. Maybe that's why I waited so long to write it. But I can finally say it: my second book is now available for sale .

I thought for a long time about whether to write another book. The work on the first one was very exhausting, as I wrote about on my blog once before . Suffice it to say that it took a year longer than it should have and took away more than one weekend from my life.

I promised myself then that I would never get into something like this again. south korea rcs data Meanwhile, here I am, two years and a half after finishing “How to Write So People Want to Read” and I am back with a new title: “Effective Facebook Advertising” .

Was it different this time? Yes. Was it better? No.

This book was definitely much easier for me to write.

I have hundreds of trainings on this topic and almost 1,300 participants in my course. I know what to do step by step to teach someone how to create Facebook ads. I know what questions will be asked, which elements are the most important. Thanks to the course and training, I already had a ready structure.

At the same time, however, the book is a different method of acquiring knowledge. I also wanted to focus not only on technical aspects, but also go more broadly – ​​to the strategy of presence in social media or building personas. Without this, no actions on Facebook will be effective.

I finally came to terms with the fact ;) that I will write such a book in November last year, when I talked to Paweł Koziara from Marketer+ at several conferences in a row.

Then I got to know their publishing line and their approach to promoting titles from their portfolio. This convinced me, firstly, to prepare the publication, and secondly, to publish it with their help. This is also the reason why I did not decide to self-publish, despite the fashion for this form.

Of course there were some obstacles along the way. I didn't write about this anywhere, but I was sick for a few weeks in March and April, so I was barely keeping up with my current job and as a result I (again – bad me) turned in the book late.

But enough of the background – let us focus on whether such a publication is necessary at all.
