NPS (Net Promoter Score) survey
“How likely is it that you would recommend our product to a friend?” We all know this sentence and have probably answered it one time or another. This is the Net Promoter Score (NPS) . This is used to determine the probability that a buyer, customer or interested party will recommend the purchased or preferred product to a friend or acquaintance. The answer is given on a scale of 0 (very unlikely) to 10 (very likely).
