By linking the two tables Guestlist and Seating Chart, you can assign each guest in the Guestlist table to a table you have previously specified in the Seating Chart table. If it is easier for you to see, you can also assign the individual guests to their tables in the Seating Chart table the other way around . If you click on a table in the Guestlist , you can see immediately who is already sitting at the table.
