Never buy ready-made bases

Don't believe any assurances that you will be able to freely take and send your SMS to clients.

For exactly the same reasons, you cannot collect phone numbers by parsing open sources. You cannot generate numbers or send mailings to lists of personal contacts.

Build your customer base
The ideal format for working with the SMS channel would be a completed paper form with a phone number, full name, and described rules for processing personal information. Such forms can be filled out, for example, to connect to a bonus system or to access a private club.

The online format can also be considered, but you need to be prepared to provide irrefutable evidence that the client has given you conscious permission to receive advertising addressed to him. For example, this could be a message with a number in a reply SMS or entering a number in a special form on the website, recording a voice call, etc.

If you don’t have your own database, use targeted SMS mailings

Leave convenient contact information for ordering - a memorable phone number, link or office address. The client should know where he can get the product or service or learn more about it.
