It is expected that the new product will successfully replace similar products of German brands that have left the Russian market. Previously produced domestic equipment was designed for high pressures and high productivity, which significantly limited its use, and enterprises purchased equipment from foreign suppliers.
"The company has been operating in the Moscow SEZ since 2015, during which time it has produced more than five thousand systems and devices for a wide range of technological tasks. Since the beginning of 2022, the number of employees at the enterprise has doubled. The production of such high-precision equipment as digital dosing pumps was previously possible only in Germany, the USA and Italy, but today the entire cycle is localized in Russia," said Gennady Degtyarev, General Director of the Technopolis Moscow SEZ.
The company's production facilities are located in the special economic zone of the capital at the Pechatniki site. The company is one of the leading Russian manufacturers of professional systems for preparing solutions and suspensions, devices for input, dosing and flow mixing of components.
"Since the founding of the enterprise in 2009, we have managed to increase production capacity and expand the range of products. Thus, our plant produces several dozen static mixers of the S-Mix model every month - this is one of the most popular products on the Russian homogenizer market, and we are confident that DA series pumps will also be in high demand in the near future," said VDK Director Maxim Novikov.
