A deepfake of Tom Hanks has been used to advertise dental services without the actor's permission, Engadget reports. Hanks shared a message on social media on Sunday warning his followers about the AI-generated video, which he said he had "nothing to do with." The ad, however, showed a significantly younger Hanks.

He also talked about a hypothetical scenario in which an entire series of films could be made using a digital version of himself.
