What is Qualitative Research?
Qualitative research is a way of collecting information relevant to our business that is characterized by obtaining its information usually from small, non-representative samples . That is, unlike quantitative research, which focuses on obtaining objective and measurable data with statistical reliability, qualitative research allows us to collect information relevant to our business objective that cannot be collected en masse using forms or surveys.

It turns out that there are certain nuances that a mass survey is not able to reflect. Or not even that. Simply put, we may have overlooked certain things that are really crucial to the success of our campaigns and, without giving our target audience the opportunity to talk about it, it would be impossible to realize our mistake in time.
