LinkedIn: The importance of measuring content and metrics

In our 4th ExpertIn Live , we were joined by Juan Pablo Quintero , COO of SHIELD Intelligence . He explained to us why and how content should be measured, and the impact it generates on a LinkedIn profile .

Juan shares the question: “Why is it so important to measure the content on LinkedIn? I used to manage my LinkedIn profile as a virtual and very static resume. Nothing happened, I had 300 connections. I don’t really like social media, but I immersed myself in the LinkedIn environment and I have been able to see the value that the platform has. I have grown a lot this last year organically.”

“Lately, what I’ve seen is that the modern marketer must measure phone number lookup indonesia the KPIs of the content they create. Everything can be measured, and one has to know how to pivot according to what works best with followers. Now everything can be measured and you can know what you’re talking about” – Juan Pablo Quintero.

Luis Minvielle responds: “The interesting thing about measuring is that you can see how your content resonates and creates waves.”

Metrics on Linkedin
LinkedIn metrics are a selection of indicators that capture the performance of your LinkedIn Company Page. Like other social media platforms such as Facebook or Instagram, they measure metrics such as followers, clicks, interactions, and comments. As a CEO, COO, executive , employee, or whatever role you have, you can see it.

The content you publish on the platform, the ads you run, and the people who visit your business page are all captured by these metrics. Constantly monitoring your metrics is very important to determine the content patterns that are best received by your target audience. Because what is not measured cannot be improved.
