What is the main purpose of your current app?

The app has four main goals:
The first is to continue communicating with owners after they purchase, and to be available to advise them on repairs and renovations to their homes.
The second benefit is that owners can skype database introduce people who are considering buying a home to them through continuous communication with the app . This is one of the benefits that we have already seen since introducing the app.
The third and fourth points are areas we would like to further strengthen in the future, and are to improve the productivity of our guidance work by sending out "regular inspection notices" through the app, and to generate communication between owners and issue coupons in cooperation with owners of local stores and businesses. We would like to promote interaction between customers and further expand our circle of community ties .

We feel that releasing the app has increased the number of opportunities and frequency of communication with owners.
We try to proactively create opportunities to meet with our owners even when it's not the time for regular inspections, but there are some owners who we are unable to meet and end up becoming estranged from. With the introduction of this app, we believe we have been able to once again give our owners the feeling that "Kondo Construction is like a family."
In addition, many owners came to our new model house for an advance viewing event thanks to the app.
Owners are now more likely to contact us without hesitation through the app, and we feel that we are becoming closer .
