Experts from the Russian fuel afghanistan whatsapp number database and energy sector discussed mechanisms for supporting and developing new technologies at the TNF Industrial and Energy Forum. Maxim Bardin, Director for Open Innovation and New Business Development at Gazpromneft – Technological Partnerships, spoke about one of the key instruments for innovative growth – acceleration programs.
The main reason for the increased interest in automation, low-staffed or unmanned production, according to experts, is the shortage of personnel in oil and gas companies. According to various estimates, the industry lacks from 40 thousand to 100 thousand people.
Reksoft experts noted that the most common areas for implementing automation include optimizing the information load, automating routine operations, building single control centers for facilities located at large distances with a minimum number of operators, as well as more in-depth training of employees using virtual and augmented reality technologies.
However, according to Olga Makovaya, Director of the Industrial Automation Department of the Reksoft Group, full automation of all production will not happen in the near future and highly qualified specialists will remain in demand. She noted that the development of low-staffed enterprises primarily leads not to job cuts and dismissals of employees, but to the optimization of positions that are difficult to "fill" by HR departments.

The National Competence Center for Management Information Systems (NCC ISU) has developed requirements for the composite architecture of the 1C ERP system and will soon submit them for approval to the founders - Russian Railways, Gazprom Neft and T1. Research firm Gartner predicted four years ago that composite solutions are the future of ERP.
"Automation is necessary because there is a shortage of people in the Russian economy. But, unfortunately for the oil and gas industry, automation is only possible in processes related to office work. If we are talking about production and transport, then automation is very difficult there due to the need for people to do the work. Based on this, production as such and oil and gas transport will not see a large reduction in employees. Oil and gas production without people is impossible in principle. The very formulation of the question of the existence of unmanned production is incorrect. Therefore, today it is more a dream than a reality. And the labor market will change due to the reduction of office workers," said Eldar Murtazin, leading analyst at Mobile Research Group.
