Retail companies generated more than 30 million interactions on social media in the first quarter of 2019 compared to almost 8 million for mass consumption or almost 3 million for the automotive sector, which demonstrates the enormous strength of this sector on social media .
Instagram stands out as the social network that generates the most interactions on its own profiles and on external channels (82% of interactions) and the one that grows the most (+136% compared to the first quarter of 2018).
