Collaboration
A key aspect when working with dashboard and reporting tools is the way you can share your work with other users. Adobe workspaces are excellent in this regard, offering several ways to export and share your dashboards:

We can download our dashboard locally (.csv or .pdf formats) or send it directly to the user we want, as long as they are part of the organization in which we are logged in.organization access to our workspace, being able to configure their permissions (view, edit or duplicate). We can do this by manually selecting the users or through a direct link.
Finally, there is the curate option . This format is interesting because it allows us to limit the components that the user can later apply to the workspace that we have shared with them. We will have to select which dimensions, metrics, segments and time intervals we want the next user to see and use, which is interesting when we are generating a deliver israel number data able for a client and we do not want to overwhelm them with the infinite variables that the tool has available.
Segments
Another basic function is segments. They work in a similar way to Google's, allowing you to filter your audience based on the conditions you establish. These can be based on dimensions, metrics, or other segments and allow you to use multiple comparison conditions, regular expressions among them. In addition, these conditions can be nested within each other, allowing you to configure different variable scopes –hit, visit, user– for each of these blocks.

The Segment Builder is a fundamental element within Workspace.

Similar to segments, AA allows you to create preset time windows: you configure the time interval you are interested in once and apply it to your dashboards as many times as you need.

Perhaps the biggest difference between Adobe and Google in terms of reporting is how the tool is structured at a high level. Adobe's tool allows us to have multiple sections with different segments in the same work area, allowing us to analyze different blocks of data, in different time frames or even belonging to different report suites , without having to change the configuration or page. In addition, the high number of widgets that it makes available to us allows us to design attractive panels, making it easy to interpret insights, which extends the target audience capable of exploiting the tool.
