On February 24, Serviceplan Group presented its House of Communication (HOC) in Spain. This is a new structure whose purpose will be to host and integrate the company's services in our country at a key moment of growth and expansion for the company. In fact, 2022 has begun with a new management team with Ainhoa de las Pozas as CEO of the company and Gerardo Mariñas as general manager of House of Communication in Spain. The new structure of Serviceplan Spain will be made up of three different areas:
Serviceplan Spain : Creativity and content area
Alma Mediaplus: Media and data area
In this way, HOC will seek to consolidate Serviceplan's presence in Spain and bring together the company's solutions, services and talents under one umbrella. The objective is to make all disciplines available to clients in an integrated manner through a new concept: Ubercreativity, which refers to having specialists from different areas under one roof.

Ainhoa de las Pozas and José Carlos Gutierrez, managing partner of Alma Mediaplus, also joined the presentation. Together with Gerardo Mariñas, they discussed the four axes of HOC:
Independence : It deals with the freedom of not being subject to the pressure of the value market and the flexibility to adopt different business models without a time limit according to needs.
Integration : It is focused on international collaboration within the group and the different agencies and units that comprise it. It relies on the ICOS methodology to offer its integrated services.
Internationality : The network has positioned itself as a collaborative network in which its talents, services and managers are connected, and in which proximity and the human factor prevail.
