We discovered this French startup, Revyze , that raised $2 million to build the TikTok of education. Just short educational videos, by students for students. Nothing else. Is it a new idea? Not really, TikTok got to the format first. And yet, verticalized, it's working great.
The hashtag #LearnOnTikTok , with over 860 billion views, was proof that educational content on TikTok had become a viable niche . And Revyze capitalized on it.

How to move forward : Take any large company. As mentioned, they can’t address every single problem in their industry alone, nor should they. Find something that can be improved and focus on that.

The large social platforms, in addition to being giants in themselves, can be excellent analysis channels to discover the niches that are really pushing .
You can follow Revyze's example, starting from one of TikTok's specific hashtags . Reddit too! We Italians use it very little, yet it hosts very active niche communities , such as r/LegalAdvice , r/AskCulinary or r/AskElectronics .
And don't let the numbers of the big players discourage you. Any niche brand needing less than 1% of these giants' market share would be a record-breaking business.
