TALENT DAYS: Hi Nicole! We’re excited to hear your perspective on recruiting in your company from you. Starting from the beginning, do you, as a healthcare company, face the challen phone number data base

Nicole Prywer: Representing the GBS Fresenius Medical Care Center, we face slightly different challenges than our colleagues recruiting employees for dialysis clinics. On a daily basis, we are looking for students and graduates of universities who know foreign languages ​​and are able to operate efficiently in a dynamically changing business environment. We serve our business partners in 16 languages. Sometimes we are unable to find all the necessary competences in Wrocław, so we support the relocation of candidates from other cities or even countries. Our company is developing dynamically, transforming processes and offering employees the opportunity to participate in global projects that go beyond their daily duties. For this reason, we pay special attention to the analysis of soft skills. We compete with large, well-known brands on the Wrocław market, which is why we place great emphasis on the quality of recruitment processes and creating positive experiences for candidates, regardless of the final recruitment result.

Nicole Prywer: Talent Days job fairs are always an opportunity for us to show our best side and strengthen our image as an employer of choice. Every conversation at our stand is a building block in building our brand. Direct contact with candidates allows us to learn about their needs and expectations, and the feedback we receive is invaluable. We are happy that we can help both those who are just starting out on the job market and more experienced candidates find the right place for them. Watching the competition at Talent Days is also a chance for healthy competition and inspiration. Talent Days is a real celebration for us. It's great that we can be part of this wonderful initiative!
