The abandonment rate shows the percentage of users who dropped off between the current step and the next step in the funnel. The abandonment rate is shown below each bar that has a next step in the funnel.
For example, if 200 users started a session (current step), but only 140 users viewed the belgium whatsapp lead product (next step), the abandonment rate displayed under the current step would be 60 (or 30%).
Retention rate
Retention rate is the opposite of abandonment rate and refers to the percentage of users who continue from the previous step. The title of the next step will show the retention rate. , the title in the next step will be 70%.

View Funnel Steps
To open a read-only view of the individual steps that make up the funnel, click View funnel steps . You can't change the steps or conditions in the funnel in this view.
