What a crazy quarter! If you ever thought that the life of an entrepreneur is a bed of roses, let me tell you that you are very wrong.
This last quarter was a real roller coaster: from health problems to disagreements with the team, including endless talks and panels.
But, as always, opportunities arise from crises, and this period was no exception.
The perfect storm: challenges and lessons
Last quarter was a real challenge, and not just because of the health issues I faced.
The key word here is “resilience,” and despite growing 180% QoQ and korean boy whatsapp number being above the initial plan, the feeling of not deploying our true potential made me very anxious.
Here are some of the main challenges we face:
Internal disagreements with the team and partners,
Coexistence issues during BA Squats Month. The need to redefine and align our OKRs.
The internal disagreements were, without a doubt, what affected me the most. Both with my partners and with the SquadS team, expectations were high, especially during BA Squats Month.
However, problems of coexistence soon arose, putting our values to the test.
It was a crucial moment where feelings of fear and uncertainty became transparent, marking a before and after in our dynamic.
The power of difficult conversations
In the midst of the storm, weekly culture talks became a crucial space. These difficult conversations allowed us to better understand why we are at SquadS, what we are building, and why we are the chosen ones.
It was a process that not only raised our goals, but also the team's commitment.
