BILLA Gustoacademy: How we built a B2C project for tens of thousands of users

Attract – retain – motivate to buy
It's afternoon, it's time to leave work and a typical question comes to mind: What to prepare for dinner at home for the family? Or you invited friends over, but you've already tried all the spreads at least a hundred times. And it's at that moment that you should remember Gustoacademy.cz, where in a few minutes you can find inspiration for what to cook, find out how to do it and print or email a shopping list with one click. On your way home, you stop at BILLE and the problem is solved. Ideally, you repeat this regularly, because the portal is designed so that customers like to come back to it and can find the answer to their everyday problem of what to cook at any time.



We created the portal for BILLA together with the MarketUp agency. We were in charge of the technical and graphic part. Our task was to develop a user-friendly and practical solution that customers would find overseas chinese in usa data worthwhile to use regularly. It will become a fun β€œtoy” for end users and an effective marketing tool for the client, bringing business results.

Sophisticated functions create a well-tuned whole
We helped design the portal so that its structure and technology support business goals. It offers, for example:

option to download the recipe directly to your mobile phone, for printing or by email
measurement of discount codes and the possibility of measuring the reach of marketing campaigns up to the final purchase in the store
the ability to monitor the use of discount campaigns also according to membership in the BILLA Bonus Club
connecting ingredients directly with the recipes in which they are used. For BILLA, this primarily means increasing sales of its own private labels
generating recipes based on ingredients that the customer already has at home and just needs to be supplemented
regular synchronization of BILLA products (internal corporate brands) and daily import of new products, new products are imported daily.
