Finally, Star Wars Outlaws on Ultra Visual settings highlights the strengths and differences of each upscaling technology. At 1080p, the Radeon RX 7600’s frame rate increases from 28 fps to 35 fps with FSR Balanced , a roughly 25% increase. With frame generation enabled, frame rates increase even further, to 76 fps, an improvement of over 170% over the base result. The GeForce RTX 4060 delivers 42 fps without DLLs, and jumps 48% to 62 fps with DLSS Balanced . With frame generation enabled, the increase is even greater, to 98 fps, a 133% improvement over the base result without DLSS or frame generation upscaling. At higher resolutions, 1440p and 4K, AMD's graphics card sometimes showed a larger percentage increase, but it wasn't enough to beat NVIDIA in absolute frame rates. At these resolutions, you'll want to lower the graphics quality, not to mention that enabling DLSS or FSR plus for frame generation may be almost mandatory if you want to enjoy smooth gameplay.

Star Wars Outlaws Comparison: DLSS vs FSR

Overall, it looks like both the AMD Radeon RX 7600 and NVIDIA india mobile database GeForce RTX 4060 deliver significant performance gains with scaling and frame generation enabled. So…

Which provides better performance? DLSS 3.5 or FSR 3?
Averaging the results across all these games and resolutions yields the geometric mean shown in the table below for the Balanced preset:

At 4K, the GeForce RTX 4060 often delivers higher raw performance, but the Radeon RX 7600 can get an even bigger frame rate boost in some cases.
At 1440p, both cards deliver a significant frame rate bump as you scale up. DLSS can deliver slightly higher fps, but FSR is also close in frame rate.
At 1080p, the GeForce RTX 4060 takes the lead overall, though the Radeon RX 7600 isn't far behind, especially considering its lower price.
