"I hope to see an increasingly responsible use of technology by everyone."
Valentina Turchetti
"I hope that companies and professionals will commit to disseminating "valuable" content , which responds to a real need of the user, which knows how to satisfy their needs. I also hope that, both online and offline, we stop reading and hearing about supposed professionals in the sector (in reality they are what I call "fluffologists") who sell consultancy packages at ridiculous prices and without strategy, skills and knowledge of the tools. These people ruin the market, because they make the companies that trust them believe that they can work online at almost zero cost: the result is disappointed companies that really struggle to start over with a real professional, money and time wasted and zero results."
Maurizio Palermo
I is really difficult to imagine something that can last so long and be truly desirable. For what I was saying in the previous question, it would be desirable to have more information from Google on voice queries, like from purchase shareholder database Facebook or Amazon. It is often frustrating to find yourself faced with continuous and unclear unilateral changes. One of the most difficult things I do as a Web Agency is to explain to clients why certain suggested strategies are no longer working."
What did you expect to happen or change in 2017 that didn't happen?
Alessandro Mazzù
"I hoped that 2017 could be the year in which we finally understood that what really matters is not having more customers but knowing the habits and behaviors of the customers we have already acquired . I am referring to customer intelligence and the customer journey, but not only that. With the tools available to professionals, today it is in fact possible to obtain truly valuable information to even be able to predict customer behavior, anticipating it. We can offer goods and services precisely when people need them.
