How to Win Featured Snippets

This is to make it clear that, as SEOs, we have no way of "guaranteeing" their appearance and maintenance in Serp but, if anything, we can work on the content so that it has a greater probability of appearing for some queries with a zero result.
When is a Featured Snippet Recommended?
I will say something perhaps unpopular but, in my opinion, the zero result or featured snippet is useful only when our web page is positioned at the bottom of the first page for the reference query or, in any case, when it is not in the top 3 of the results for that Serp.
I say this because, if our page is already in the top 3 (where over 60% of the user's clicks are concentrated) or, even better, in first place, it is useless to try to push to obtain a different box that perhaps also risks having the components of a job seekers database opposite effect and certainly not a positive one: it would reduce the traffic to our pages because the user already has the answer ready in the box.
If you think about it, in fact, information sites with high traffic volumes, like Aranzulla.it, prefer not to have them.
The usefulness lies precisely in allowing web pages that are normally positioned in the middle of the listing or at the end of the listing, to have a visibility that is normally impossible, bypassing competitors that for domain trust and other external factors (brand popularity) would be too difficult to bypass.
As mentioned above, there is no specific strategy to implement, but some advice to apply , which can help the appearance of featured snippets.
First of all, it is necessary that the reference query is a word or phrase that denotes the user's search for information. In fact, the Serp related to information searches seem to be, to date, those with the highest presence of featured snippets.
In addition, a featured snippet usually appears on the results on the first page of Google. This means that to have a chance of appearing in the zero results of Google you must be positioned at least on the first page for the keyword of interest.
From a SEMrush statistic, it would seem that the possibility of having featured snippets decreases as you move away from the top 3 results on Google.
