About GDPR.
In connection with the validity of this regulation, you must also specify in the regulations the principles of processing and protection of the personal data of competition participants.
Furthermore, you undertake to fulfil your information obligations towards them .
The regulations must also comply with applicable Polish law, in particular with:
copyright (transfer of copyright to the work if the participant taking part in the poland rcs data competition has to create it in order to take part),
deadlines for filing complaints,
introducing changes to the regulations (e.g. if you want to increase the prize pool),
cancellation of the competition.
In addition, it cannot contain any prohibited clauses (the topic is extensive. The general provisions concerning them can be found in the Civil Code, and the register of such clauses is kept by the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection).
As the cherry on the cake, I left the topic of income tax on prizes. A topic that is definitely too rarely addressed in the context of organizing competitions on Facebook or Instagram.
