4) Get an AYGO – Toyota

The campaign was a resounding success receiving more than 17,000 messages and 89,000 conversations with peaks of up to 300 simultaneous conversations. The brand recorded the seduction tips on its website and compiled the best participants, thus receiving great visibility in multiple communication media in Spain. 5) Pringles Campus

6) Rent a Predator – Adidas

In 2020, Adidas came up with a campaign to help London football teams with an unstable model. The campaign, called “Rent a Predator,” would allow players to request a replacement through WhatsApp if their teammate missed the game at the last minute. The general idea was for these teams to send the time, day, and location of the game to Adidas WhatsApp and for Adidas to send them a player.

Those selected had the opportunity to play alongside football stars such as Kaka and top London talents, whilst promoting the brand’s Predator20 boots. The campaign was a resounding success, with the football stars’ on-pitch appearances going viral in just six days.

7) “Road to the Final” – Heineken

On the occasion of the UEFA Champions League final, the prestigious Dutch beer brand launched an ingenious marketing campaign that highlighted the use of WhatsApp as the main channel of communication with its consumers. As in previous years, Heineken sought to reward its customers by offering them tickets to the UEFA Champions League final, but this time it created an exciting game with a robot that would challenge the finalists via WhatsApp.

Participants simply had to send a message containing the word "Champions" to start the game, and then the robot asked them questions that they had to answer correctly to have a chance to win. Thanks to this campaign, Heineken managed to attract much more attention in the market.
