At each meeting, each member provides
two or three sales leads to the group in general, plus as phone number list many targeted leads as possible to specific members. Members may also ask each other for contacts and referrals within specific companies. There is a quarterly competition to determine who generates the most leads.
In addition, at each meeting, one member "gets up on the soapbox" and speaks for 10 or 15 minutes about his or her own business.

Membership is limited to one representative from each profession, and the networking group polices itself to ensure high quality sales lead generation.
