CONTEXT
Picard&Nous is Picard's loyalty program reinvented in May 2022 and enhanced to offer even more good: more benefits and attention, more inspiration, more opportunities to live unique experiences.

With every purchase in store or online, Picard customers accumulate loyalty points from the first euro spent! They will receive 10 points for every €10 of purchase started.

They can then convert these points into gifts (into coupons) on Picard.fr or the app. The gifts include a wide range of products offered as well as unique experiences such as cooking classes with the Atelier des chefs, a box of Le Petit Ballon wines or an appointment with a dietician…

Sinch recommended to Picard a differentiating experience with a dynamic counter based on the number of points accumulated by each customer. This approach not only informed customers about the number of points they had, but also made them aware of their imminent expiration date.
